Sie sind nicht nur unvermeidbar, sondern auch notwendig, denn Neues verletzt bestehende Ordnung, etablierte Interessen und funktionierendes Eingeschwungen-Sein. Was passiert, wenn der oft ersehnte Konsens gar nicht die L\u00f6sung ist, sondern die kluge Wahl zwischen beruhigenden und zuspitzenden Kommunikationsweisen?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Klaus Eidenschink stellt fest: \u201eKonflikte wie Konsens k\u00f6nnen n\u00fctzlich und sch\u00e4dlich sein. Denn Konsens ist eine vor\u00fcbergehende Form der Konfliktberuhigung. Daher neigt er kompensatorisch zu Hyperstabilisierung und so f\u00fchrt Konsens oft zu Erstarrung und Lagerbildung\u201c. Er fragt: Lassen sich Konflikte \u00fcberhaupt l\u00f6sen, wenn jede Form der Probleml\u00f6sung neue L\u00f6sungsprobleme erzeugt. Nach dem Konflikt ist vor dem Konflikt\u201c.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Konflikte brauchen Verlierer, um zu neuen stabilen Verh\u00e4ltnissen zu f\u00fchren. Win-win L\u00f6sung basieren meist auf (n\u00fctzlichen) Illusionen oder der Vernachl\u00e4ssigung abwesender Interessenparteien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>In Summe:<\/b> Es hilft sehr, wenn man Konflikte als soziales Kommunikationssystem ansieht, das eine Eigendynamik hat, die Menschen ergreift und ihre Selbststeuerung (oft problematisch) ver\u00e4ndert. Pr\u00e4gnant gesagt: Nicht Menschen haben Konflikte, sondern Konflikte haben Menschen. Als Berater:in ist es unabdingbar, eine Konflikttheorie zu nutzen, die Konflikte beschreibt und nicht normativ einordnet und wertet.
